Wyoming LLC fees: $100 to form, $60 a year minimum to stay active, and almost everything else is optional. Both come from the Wyoming Secretary of State fee schedule effective July 1, 2026. The full list of Wyoming LLC fees runs to eleven lines, but only two state charges are certain: the Articles of Organization filing and the yearly Annual Report License tax. Apart from a registered agent, the rest only hit when you order a document, change something, rush the state or miss a deadline.

Every Wyoming LLC fee, and when it's due
Two of these Wyoming LLC fees are certain, the registered agent is a private cost you need anyway, and the other eight wait for a trigger. I checked every amount on October 20, 2026 against the Secretary of State fee schedule (PDF), the WyoBiz online filing instructions, the state's name reservation form and its business FAQ.
CORPBOLT forms Wyoming LLCs from $349, or $599 with the EIN included, and the $100 state filing fee is already inside every plan. See current plans and prices at corpbolt.com.
Of all the Wyoming LLC fees, the license tax is the only one that scales. Divide $60 by $.0002 and you get $300,000: if your Wyoming-located assets are under $300,000, the tax stays at $60. At $500,000 of Wyoming assets it would be $100. Most online businesses run from abroad hold little or nothing in Wyoming, so they pay the $60 minimum. Near the line? Ask a tax professional how your assets count.
3 Wyoming LLC fees people forget
1. The annual report clock. The report is due on the first day of the month you formed in, so an LLC formed May 15 owes it May 1 every year. The state emails reminders 60, 30 and 10 days ahead, and you can file up to 120 days early. Miss it and the LLC is delinquent on the second day of the following month, and if it's still unfiled 60 days after the due date, the state administratively dissolves it, per the Secretary of State business FAQ. Coming back means filing every missed report, paying every missed fee and adding $100 for reinstatement, per the state's reinstatement form.
2. Proof your LLC exists. A bank or payment processor may ask for a Certificate of Good Standing or certified copies of your filings. The certificate is free online at wyobiz.wyo.gov and $20 on paper; certified copies are $10 per certification. Try the free online one first.
3. The small charges around the filing. Filing online yourself adds a 2.4% card processing fee with a $1 minimum, which is $2.40 on the $100 Articles. The $60 name reservation is the bigger leak. The state's own form says a reservation isn't required if you're submitting Articles of Organization at the same time, and it goes by mail, taking up to 15 business days. Edge case: names starting with "A" must be filed on paper for manual review.
What I'd budget, and where CORPBOLT fits
For a typical foreign-run company, the state side of Wyoming LLC fees is $100 once, then $60 every year. The EIN costs nothing: the IRS says you never have to pay a fee for one. You also need a registered agent from day one; every CORPBOLT plan includes one, plus the yearly Wyoming annual report with the state fee paid.
Beyond Wyoming LLC fees, the EIN is where timing matters. CORPBOLT's Launch plan includes it with standard IRS processing, which takes 6-8 weeks on average; if that's too slow, Rush EIN gets it done within 5 business days, sold as an add-on and included on Concierge. If a bank or payment processor is waiting on that number, that average is what I'd plan around. Compare Foundation, Launch and Concierge at corpbolt.com.
Next step: set a yearly reminder for the first day of your formation month; that's your annual report deadline.
